• Please be sure to review the membership levels and choose appropriately.
• If you are applying for full member status, your reference will have to confirm you before your application will be approved.
• If you are a member of an AAUS Organization’s Dive Control Board, please do not fill out the application here.  Your DSO or admin must add you via the "edit DCB" on your organization's profile.  An invitation to complete your profile will be emailed directly to you with a link once you are added to the DCB.
